What has been learned remains retrievable over a long period of time. In addition, there was great fun in the workshops and humor about our own culture.
During the training, it became clear to us how enormous the differences in mentality between Russia and Germany are. This awareness will help us in our collaboration with the Russian plant in Kaluga.
During the intercultural training China, the China expert vividly conveyed the topic – he has known Chinese and European culture for many years and can analyze and interpret the differences excellently because of this.
The Global Cultures Workshop has enabled our team to focus on core tasks. In the future, this workshop will be an integral part of the preparation for all colleagues.
What distinguishes us from other providers of classic intercultural training is that we include not only the purely intercultural level, but also the personal and organizational level in our seminars and workshops. This triple approach allows you to increase your success rate above average – for comparable investments.
Since we consider and connect all 3 levels in our systemic approach, we enable participants not only to develop culturally appropriate, but also individual and company-compliant action strategies and thus significantly increase their action efficiency in a short time.
These characteristics are particularly important to us with regard to the qualification and experience of our experts:
In our general intercultural training, the essential skills for targeted intercultural communication and smooth cooperation with international partners are taught. Through practical exercises and case studies, the training participants learn how to deal particularly efficiently with concrete challenges in the target region — for example, target-oriented strategies in negotiations or professional customer-supplier management.
Through intercultural preparation and follow-up, difficulties during expatriation and return can be effectively reduced — thus significantly increasing the success rate of expatriations. In addition to preparing the employee to be expatriated, our range of expatriation training also includes preparation for family members. For returning from abroad, we offer special re-integration courses.
Many companies enter into discussions with the idea that business negotiations in the business environment are similar everywhere. A delusion. International negotiations often fail after the first conversation.
Companies that are aware of the cultural requirements of the target region can significantly increase their success rates in negotiations and sales.
In this way, we ensure the quality standards we set ourselves and our customers.
