  1. Cultural level: It is essential to understand and internalize cultural differences. However, these country-specifics represent only one of the three levels of intercultural understanding.
  2. Individual level: Another essential factor is recognizing and reflecting on one’s own behavior and the drivers for this behavior. One must recognize how one affects other people abroad and how this influences the efficiency and success of their work in an intercultural environment. For this reason, as well as due to our many years of experience in intercultural support, we actively consider this component in our intercultural measures.
  3.
