The coronavirus crisis has the whole of Europe firmly in its grip. Those who can should work at home in the home office that is so much talked about in these times. Many employees are taking advantage of this. But let’s be honest. In many cases, this certainly also means that many employees are simply sitting around. Not because they are lazy or undisciplined. There is simply little to do when the economy is at a standstill.
Carpe Diem – Seize the day
If we are all working virtually, we can also use the time on the computer to continue our training in a meaningful way. We have recognized this and have already conducted some training courses virtually. It works really well with the new methods. You can also share the screen so that everyone can see the same documents at the same time. Exercises can also be carried out by the participants at home. Having a flipchart is nice, but not really necessary. At some point, the economy will pick up again and the situation will normalize. So you can prepare for this now and make good use of any enforced idle time!
Intensive and efficient
We have found that virtual training is very intensive. This is because everyone is fully focused on the screen and there are no distractions. Therefore, the breaks should be designed accordingly so that concentration is maintained. Experience has shown that a certain limit is reached after 6 hours of training. In a way, this is every employer’s dream, namely that the employees are fully focused on the task at hand. And the costs are lower – nobody has to travel or stay overnight, there is no catering and no paper printouts (although this has rarely been the case with “live seminars”. Last but not least – we are also doing something for the environment!
Extensive range
With this in mind, we have also switched to virtual training and seminars. You can now expand your skills from the comfort of your own home. Here is an excerpt from our range of seminars:

What will the future bring?
Our lives are currently taking place virtually. Grandparents are now being forced to learn how to use What’s App
to see their grandchildren. It can be assumed that many virtual formats will remain. This will also include the development of intercultural skills and intercultural training. However, virtual training will not take over completely. People are social beings. A screen cannot replace direct human contact. Mrs. Merkel has already posted this from her voluntary quarantine. But until this is possible again – find out more and book us. The coronavirus knows no boundaries – and neither do we!
